currently available for devices running Android 2.3 and higher.
To get Skype on your device, visit skype.com from
your mobile browser and download Skype from Google Play.

Play and search for Skype. The version of Android running on your device will
be recognized automatically and you’ll see only the version of Skype that can
be used on your phone.
