Subscription Process

To avail the offer, customers first need to move to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package and then subscribe to the offer.

For conversion to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package:

Customers can convert to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package using one of the following medium:

• Dial USSD *304#
• Dial IVR 123 and select 3 for package conversion (Listen to the instructions and opt for Jazz 24 Ghanta Package)

Every customer’s first package conversion is free, while subsequent conversions will be charged at Rs 15+Tax

For subscription to Jazz 24 Ghanta Offer:

Customers on Jazz 24 Ghanta Package can subscribe to Jazz 24 Ghanta Offer using one of the following medium:

• Dial USSD *101*1*05#
• Dial IVR 121 and follow the instructions

Daily subscription fee: Rs. 41+Tax
To check subscription status, dial *101*2# at Rs 0.15+Tax

Other Offer Details

• Offer available on Jazz 24 Ghanta Package only
• Subscription fee for the offer is Rs.41+Tax
• Customer will be given 100 minutes which can be availed throughout the day for Mobilink calls only. Calls to other local networks & SMS will be charged as per the base rate of the package
• After the consumption of 100 On-Net minutes, all calls to Mobilink numbers will be charged as per the base rate of Jazz 24 Ghanta Package. Also, when a customer on Jazz 24 Ghanta Package is not subscribed to the offer, charging will be as per the base rates, which are as follows:

• Subscription Validity will be exact 24 hours (i.e. if a customer dials the USSD at 2 pm, the incentive will be available till 2 pm next day)
• Offer is not recursive (i.e. when the offer expires after 24 hours, customer will have to dial *101*1*05# to re-subscribe to the offer again)
• In case of multiple subscriptions, number of minutes will be added together
• When you convert to a different package other than Jazz 24 Ghanta Package, you will be able to avail the remaining minutes in your offer. However, you will not be able to subscribe to Jazz 24 Ghanta Offer again once you migrate out of this package
• Offer is subject to change anytime
