- Q: What are the charges of this service?
A:Bundle
of 5 missed calls and 2 SMS can be purchased at Rs.2.25+t
- Q: How long can the bundle remain valid?
- Q: Can I buy another bundle once I have consumed my current bundle however 7 days have not yet expired?
A:Yes you
can buy another bundle provided you have Rs.2.25+t in your account for upfront
payment
- Q: Will B-Party see my number on their CLI?
A: B-Party
will see A:Party original number on their CLI when they will receive a miss
call.
- Q: Will I be charged every time for making a missed
call to any number?
A:No, customers just have to pay weekly subscription charges only. There would be no charges for using the USSD menu. Customers can make missed calls and send text messages with zero balance. - Q: What will happen if second party receives the missed call?
A:System
will immediately cut the call if second party receives it.
- Q: Can I do unlimited number of missed calls after subscribing to this service?
A:No.
Subscribers will be allowed a maximum of 5 missed calls and 2 SMS per
Rs.2.25+tax
- Q: Can I send text message only from SMS templates?
A:Customers
can send text message from SMS templates and they can also type message but
within a limit of 30 characters.
- Q: How do I get to know about the remaining miss calls and text messages?
A:When
customers will dial *600#, the USSD menu will display the summary of remaining
number of missed calls and SMS text messages.
- Q: Who can use this service?
A:Only
prepaid users can use this service.
- Q: Can I make international missed calls and text messages?
A:No,
missed calls and SMS text messages are allowed for any number in Pakistan only.
- Q: Can missed calls and SMS be sent to B Party number subscribed to Call and SMS block?
A:No
