  • Who will qualify for this campaign?
    Subscribers who have not used their Telenor SIMs since 10th November, 2103 are eligible for this campaign.
    Subscribers who have subscribed for SIM Lagao on or before 11th September, 2013 (and have not used Telenor SIM since 10th November, 2013) will again become eligible for the campaign
  • How do I check if I am eligible for this campaign?
    Send an SMS containing "FREE" to 2222 or call IVR 2222 to check if you are eligible for this campaign.
  • How do I get Free minutes, Free SMS and Free Internet?
    By calling IVR 2222 or sending an SMS containing "FREE" to 2222, Talkshawk subscribers will receive 1000 Free Telenor Minutes+ 1000 Free SMS + 200 MB Internet.
  • How do Free minutes work?
    Free minutes will be counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the package pulse. Which means If subscriber on 'TalkShawk har second' makes 1 second call it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on 'TalkShawk 30 second' makes 20 second call it will be counted as 1 free minute.
  • What happens if I subscribe to SMS bundling option?
    The SMS' purchased will be added to the already FREE SMS' provided
  • What happens if I subscribe to Voice bundling option?
    The Minutes purchased will be added to the already FREE Minutes' provided
  • What happens if I subscribe to Internet bundling option?
    The Internet purchased will be added to the already FREE Internet' provided
  • What will happen to the validity of Free Minutes/SMS/Internet if I subscribe to Voice/SMS/Internet bundling option?
    The validity will be independant and not affect other bundle validities
  • How can customer check Free minutes, Free SMS & Free Internet Account information?
    Free minutes can be checked through USSD *222#
    Free SMS balance can be checked through USSD *111#
    Free Internet balance can be checked through USSD *999#
    Charges: 20 paisa + tax
  • How do I see how much I have spent to be eligibile for extra free minutes?
    You can check how much you have accumulated through USSD *500#
  • Can Free minutes be used for making calls to other mobile operators or PTCL?
  • No, free minutes can only be used for making Telenor to Telenor calls only.
  • Can Free SMS be used for other local mobile operators?
    Yes
  • Can we migrate to other packages?
    When a subscriber migrates to any new package his/her free minutes, SMS and Internet will be confiscated.
  • What is the process of getting a SIM replacement?
    If the qualifying customers have lost/damaged their SIM they can get a replacement SIM free of cost (Only once) from any Telenor Sales and Service Centre or Franchise during the duration of this campaign
