How to set up a Bluetooth enabled device

To set up a Bluetooth enabled device, you need to do three things:

1. Add a Bluetooth adapter to your computer.

2. Set up the device so that your computer can find it.

You might be able to use a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone to connect your computer to the Internet. First, check the information that came with your phone to see if it can be used as a modem. If it can, follow these steps to set it up:

1.      Open the Connect to the Internet wizard by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, clicking Network and Sharing Center, clicking Set up a connection or network, and then clicking Connect to the Internet.

2.      If you already have an Internet connection, click Set up a new connection anyway.

3.      If the Do you want to use a connection that you already have? page appears, click No, create a new connection.
